Lourée S. Collins is a dedicated advocate, organizer, and visionary leader with a deep commitment to uplifting Black and Brown transgender communities. With years of hands-on experience in harm reduction, HIV prevention, housing navigation, and mental health support, Lourée has worked at the intersection of public health and social justice. Her work through organizations like San Francisco Community Health Center and the Magnolia Reign Society reflects a passion for creating safe, affirming, and empowering spaces for trans women of color—especially those impacted by sex work, substance use, and homelessness. Lourée is also the founder of the Mr. and Miss Trans Opulence Pageantry System and a board member of Sisters PGH, where she uses storytelling, sisterhood, and advocacy to shift narratives and build community power. Her life’s work is rooted in healing, service, and unapologetic visibility.
