Peer Navigator / Secretary
Jasmine Lopez is the Director of FLUX for Health and Wellness,
dedicated to providing visionary leadership and unwavering advocacy
for the transgender community. Grounded in a deep commitment to
community empowerment, wellness, and health equity, Jasmine has
built a career centered on supporting, advocating for, and uplifting
marginalized voices.
Jasmine’s journey in community advocacy began through impactful
internships with prominent organizations, including APAIT and Bienestar
Human Services. Taking a major step forward in her professional
trajectory, Jasmine joined the TransLatin@ Coalition as a Peer Navigator.
Demonstrating leadership and dedication, she quickly transitioned into
the role of Hope House Specialist, providing vital support services and
specialized care to community members in need.
In addition to leading FLUX’s health and wellness initiatives, Jasmine is
proud to be an integral part of the Unique Point of Refuge team,
continuing to advance life-saving resources, foster safe spaces, and
advocate for trans community members across every stage of their
wellness journey.
